It is driven by the tension rod on the shuttle to drive the front roller, which runs around the circumference of the shuttle to bring the flat yarn into and pull it towards the ring gauge (weaving mouth), thus completing the weft beating

The warp feeding roller is mostly an active warp feeding roller, which has its own torque motor, reducer, and transmission chain to drive the warp feeding roller to rotate. Passive warp feeding has no driving force and is driven by the flat wire pulled by the host to rotate, suitable for high-density flat wire. Active warp feeding roller is also known as automatic warp feeding roller

4. Circular loom winding mechanism - upper traction system and winding machine

The upper traction system is simultaneously driven by the host, which changes the weft density through a variable weft gear, is reduced by a reducer, and is pulled by a pair of flat rollers to weave the fabric. The output woven fabric is wound into a roll by a winding machine. The winding machine is powered by a torque motor, a reducer, and a two roller flat roller to roll the fabric

5. Electrical control system

The electrical control system composed of electrical components mainly controls warp stop, weft stop, main engine start stop, warp feed system, winding system, circular weaving machine with variable frequency speed regulation, and controls
